Sub account issue


 I had a sub account that I didn't know wasn't getting paid and it got sent to collections. I have paid off that account and am wondering how long it takes to be able to upgrade my main account lines?

Stephanie, we are so sad to hear that your bill account level 2 was sent to collections. We are here to help.


Unfortunately, this is a public forum for customers to help other customers with basic questions. Since your second bill account level was sent to collections, you would need to contact our Recovery Department at 800-852-1922. 


They can also transfer your call to Customer Service to review your upgrade dates. Another option is that you can simply review your upgrade information online on your My Verizon account. Here is a link to help show you where
