Sudden loss of data/mms, check on service in area?

Just in the last couple days, we can no longer get MMS or use the 4G LTE on our phones a Droid Turbo 2 and a Moto X Pure. The odd thing is if we go outside of our neighborhood, everything is fine. Going outside isn't enough. We can still make calls and send standard SMS as well as use the wi-fi in our home at least for getting emails, etc. It's like we are in a dead pocket for data.

Is there a way to have the service in the area checked?

STEHRE68, you have the right team here to help. As a father of four, it's more than necessary for my texts and data to work, at all times, in all places. You've done some great troubleshooting to help narrow things down, too. Have you restarted your phones since this started? Any new apps or updates in, say, the last month, on either phone?
