With the assistance over the phone with a Verizon employee I tried to swap an existing iPhone 7 with a iPhone XS. Employee was having trouble on his end and also on my end. Is this currently a system wide problem? Do I need to go to a Verizon store? Any ideas appreciated .Thanks
