Switch Device Rebate is a total lie

So i swtiched to verizon with 4 other friends because we were told about the rebate program. It's been 5 months, and i tried to call them every once a while, they keep telling us they are still processing it, call back in 72 hours. If verzion were never planning on giving out all thoes rebates, can poeple like me file a false advertising claim?

Did you go to a provided link with a promocode? Usually that's a requirement if rebates are involved.
