***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Switched to Verizon and things aren't working right

I'm a Fi customer and my son switched to VZ a week ago. Since then:

1. I receive his text messages but he doesn't receive mine
2. When paired with car, all his contacts are wiped out 
3. When he dials local number he gets a "call cannot be completed" message


The phone has been restarted multiple times, SIM car removed/put back, etc etc.
