We switched to Verizon on 1/23/2020 I believe. On that date at a store in Champaign, IL we were told that we would receive in the mail 2 $200 visa gift cards that we could use anywhere due to transferring our phone lines from another service provider. And that we would recieve them within 8 weeks.wehave waited and passed 9 weeks and received nothing. I have looked online and some have mentioned a promo code you need to enter online to redeem? Is this the case? If so why were we not told?

Stores are notoriously bad at not telling customers to go to VZW.com/digitalrebatecenter with a promo code.
You have to submit info to get those cards.
