SMH.. once again there is an issue with texting. Cant text some nonverizon customers. Call tech support and you either have to schedule a call back or call back on your own; they arent answering calls. This has been going on for me from 3/27/2019. I was chatting with tech support around 3am and that rep spent 15 minutes messaging me about nothing important basically stalling. Asking the same questions.
