The question is is the extra coverage WORTH the extra money you'd be paying? I understand that they have better coverage but I'd guess that most people won't notice the coverage difference unless they go to pretty remote areas on a fairly regular basis so they probably wouldn't notice much of a difference (and definitely not the $x/mo to have better coverage for that minute amount of time).
Out of curiosity, is the difference in coverage value in your area pretty significant?
