I am a high school teacher who has been trying to get the teacher discount added to my account since November 2020. Each month I have called verizon when I see that the teacher discount is still not showing up and each month the customer service representative tells me to wait until the next bill and it should show up then. It has now been 5 months of waiting that I could have been saving some much needed money. I feel like my only next step is to reach out to Lisa Parker, Consumer Investigative Reporter for Channel 5 News, with all my documentation of this problem.
Anyone else have this issue and suggestions for an expedient resolution? D
