I verified my ID on the website provided, and I just noticed, it was never applied. Please advise.
Are you the account owner? Is there any other discount being applied to your account? If the answer is yes and no in that order, you may have to take your documentation to a corporate Verizon store to have them apply your discount. They do say that it may take a couple of bills before your discount is applied.
Txmom09, we know saving every bit helps, especially with the Teacher discount. Did you receive any error messages when verifying online? How long ago did you try verifying the discount?

Everything was verified online with the ID website. They are not able to apply at the store. Please direct me too who can help.
