Temporarily downgrade plan during coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19)?

I'm currently on a 10GB shared data plan with a special "loyalty" rate. We're not using data much lately since we're always home and able to use our WiFi. If I downgrade our plan, will I lose out on the 10GB plan with the loyalty rate when the coronavirus dies down?

psyk915, thanks for reaching out to us about this. I know how vital it is for you to be on the best plan. However, if you do downgrade your plan, that loyalty offer may not be available once you are ready to go back to it. Our loyalty offers change frequently. Does this help?
