Iv been a customer with Verizon for 10 years now and my entire family loved Verizon up until this year. We’re located here in the Bay Area in California.  

Since January of this year (2021) Iv noticed the signal getting worse.. started off around 3-4 bars at my house and now I never see anything over 2 bars.. I drive for DoorDash and I deliver in populated areas in Pleasanton and Dublin and I’m constantly getting very low service and I can’t complete some orders on time due to not being able to confirm the orders been delivered, or maps will stop working. I do see full bars sometimes so I know it’s not just my phone (IPhone 12 pro).  Definitely switching to another provider if this doesn’t better better by the end of the year.. Verizon used to be the best! What happened
