Your customer service is absolutely atrocious and you are about to lose an account. Very good paying account by the way. Your employees are rude and your whole times are absolutely unacceptable. I actually had one of your defensive reps just message me how she’s working 60 hours this week… I told her congratulations on her overtime pay. I cannot believe that this is who Verizon is. I am actively looking for a different carrier
with the attitude shown in your post it would be interesting to hear the reps side of the story.
fwiw: reps don't need to be abused by customers & many times you'llhear the dial tone.
