I recently had a terrible experiece with a Verizon sales associate who didn't seem to know what was going on. I was told about a buy one get one free I-Phone promotion which interested me upon hearing it, so we start working out the contract details and pricing etc. only to find out that the promotion ended 2 days ago. So, after all of that wasted time we start from scratch and I'm told about another promotion for 2 free Motorola android phones and an I-Pad at a reduced cost. This promotion kept us interested, so we start working out the contract details and pricing etc. for this sale. Well come to find out the Motorola phones that were presented and shown to me were not the models that were being offered for the free phone promotion. I'm then shown a second model of Motorola phone that was supposed to be the free promotion only to find out that these were also not the correct model. I should have just walked out at this point, but I had been there roughly 3 hours already and I have been a customer of Verizon's for a very long time never having an issue like this before, so we finally work out a sale. I'm not sure what number to call or who to contact about this terrible experience (and I would love to know), but I thought I would post on here to see if any others have experience incompetence like this before.
You call Verizon the same way as you always do, *611 from your mobile phone.
All deals are on the sales pages. It’s good idea to know what’s available before going to the store so you don’t waste time and gas.
BOGO deals require new lines. Read carefully.
Eww, stores. The website showcases all devices that are on sale with the requirements listed. Only thing a store should be used for is if you need something random in a pinch like a usb cable.
