Why do you send a survey on a text to my phone and don’t even tell me who you are? I gave some poor employee a 5 for customer service to at least be neutral since I had know idea who you were taking about. I quit the survey when the second question revealed is was Verizon. Very irresponsible for such a big company. I hope I didn’t hurt the employee’s rating.
Anything below a 9 is treated as a fail. Every 1 - 10 NPS survey is like this.
To anyone reading, just delete those if your intent is to not give a perfect score, but not want to hurt either.

The survey is normally based on the last agent you've worked with, but we understand having a name can be very helpful. We often see the name of an agent in the feedback from our customers, and thank you again for your feedback toward our surveys.
