I have a screenshot taken yesterday showing my Verizon message log online. There are some texts shown there that are no longer showing when I look at the message log today. The messages are from a number I do not know to another user on one of my lines. Where did the messages go? If the user deleted them from their phone, they still would show in the log, right? Could there have been some kind of error?
This is strange, but we can certainly figure this out littlemozart. Were these messages from a standard 10 digit number, or some type of shortcode? You're correct that they should not delete from the log. Are they still not showing today? Has the total number of messages changed as well?

The texts are showing on the log again. Very strange. But I guess that answers the question.
