I just got the Moto e 5 and it will not receive any text messages. I can send text messages. The phone works great on everything else. What can I do to fix this problem.

superbat, we want to make sure you can text when you need to. When did you activate the device? Have you tried powering the device Off and On to see if the connection updates?

What Messaging app are you using?  Can you log in to the My Verizon web site and receive text messages on the browser access to text messaging?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

Did you also port your number to Verizon Wireless when you got this phone?
