Thank You for Contacting Us - Spam - How to Stop it?

My email is getting spammed with this "Thank You for Contacting Us" once every other day since I called for service on August 22.  Irritating.  I can send this to my spam folder by creating a filter and/or blocking it...but first...would like to explore any ideas on how to stop it using My Verizon, if at all possible?  Also, if it will automatically stop after some period of time - I can ignore it.  I am pretty sure this message is bothering other people as well.

THANK YOU

FOR YOUR CALL.

We're always glad to serve you.

This email is to confirm your recent inquiry regarding a feature on mobile number ending with xxxx.

You can save time by adding or changing features easily online in My Verizon.

This has, thankfully, stopped.  Still no idea how, though.  So I would not characterize it as "resolved" or "correct answer".
