The WORST customer service!

I’ve been a customer for 14 years. When I first became a customer, the service was great, people were friendly, and happy to help. 

Now, when I call in, I just want to speak to a real person, I go through the first steps and it asks if I want to wait or have a call back. I always choose to wait. The. It ALWAYS try’s to get me to use the automated systems, and won’t let me bypass it without waiting for at least a minute. 

Then there is the actual customer service. They’re never happy to help, act like your bothering them, and seem to be motivated by not assisting your needs. I have to spend hours on the phone with them to get anything done, and sometimes they refuse to help, or act like they helped just to get me off the phone.
