I have been a member for a while now. James F. was able to assist me in the Loyalty Department last year after I had been treated unfairly by Verizon however I cant get in touch with him now and apparently no one can assist me in upgrading my phone. I guess they dont care about losing me as a customer by all their services? Customer service is extremely rude and they do nothing for their customers!

It is deeper than just an upgrade but Verizon really ain't a good phone company 🤷🏻🤦🏻I am over how rude they are. Period.
Because there isn't a Loyalty Department. Upgrading your phones is something you can do yourself online. Not using self service tools isn't a customer service problem.

Why doesn't Verizon care about long term customers by helping them with upgrade deals?
We are always here and happy to help with an upgrade, 16year_customer. Please provide more details about what issue you encounter when trying to upgrade. Does this happen through both My Verizon and our website?

How about do like AT&T and give your exhausting customers the same deals as new ones? 20+ year customer here and they can’t help me upgrade any phones because I am not a brand new person off the street.
