Reporting a dead zone; there is zero service here. It's only about 10 minutes from a city with full service. Zip code is 44706, which parts do have service in the upper portion of the city. This area is off 77S in the southern part of the city called Canton South. The exit is number 99 (I believe) on 77S on Stark County, Ohio, exit is called Fohl St. Once you get off the exit, you have no service at all. This is not a new problem. There is just zero cell service for Verizon customers. One provider has service, I believe it's Cricket or some obscure small wireless company, so there's a tower somewhere, just not Verizon, Sprint or AT&T. None work there, never have.
You will need to call VZW to report this issue so that they can open a trouble ticket to investigate. Call 800-922-0204 and ask for tier 2 tech support.
