Bad service isn't the name of our game, Tanya0717. Let's fnd out what's causing the service issue. What zip code are you in? How long has it been this way?

You would need to find someone with land that would offer to go through all the steps to erect a new tower.  This will not occur overnight, nor in a year's time...probably longer.  Do you know there is no tower in your area?  If you are a customer, there is a tower in your area, but it may need to be inspected, or you may be too far away.  Possibly, there are already the max number of towers around you and you just aren't near enough.

Find someone with land and give them this info at the link below.

I am in Zip Code 31027 and the service has been weaker than normal for months. Sometimes I have to walk around outside to get enough service for a phone call.
