***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Trade-In delivery issue

I sent my trade-in phone using the prepaid packing sticker and received notification from the carrier (UPS) that it was delivered and received by Verizon through UPS however I just received a notification that my trade in credit was revoked. Why was it never received when I have delivery notes that it was handed to staff at the return center?
