In April, we upgraded one of our phones. The trade in of 699.99 was never processed. Never received any information on how to send in the phone. I have a printed order confirmation. Calls, Chats, emails are a waste of time - no resolution. in fact, I was actually told that the promotion never existed, even though I have it in front of me in black and white. Customers of Verizon Wireless for over 20 years. Unless this is resolved without me having to quit my job in order to make incessant phone calls, we won't be for long....
Well, I have to say - I am pleased. I believe my issue was resolved. This can be closed. Give credit where credit is due. Thank you Wendy!!
