I traded in 2 phones. They sent me both of my new phones in 1 box with 1 trade in envelope. I sent both of the old phones back in the 1 envelope and 1 box. Now my account is showing only 1 of the phones was received and accessed and the other phone is still waiting to be shipped??!!
I sent both phones and want credit for both.

Lindsaysoap, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and rest assured we will do everything we can to help determine what may have happened to the device that hasn't been scanned into our warehouse that you sent in. To ensure that we're on the same page, when did you send the devices back as well as the date the device that was accounted for as delivered to us? -Kevin

It was delivered Monday, December 20.
