I share a phone plan with my family and last November 10.5 months ago I got the new iPhone 13 Pro Max because Verizon was doing a promotion.  The promotion was trade in an iPhone 11 Pro Max and get $800 credit over 2 years.  I ended up going to a physical store and trading in my phone and they took care of it.

 

I do not see the bill every month but just noticed that I have been paying for the full price of the new iPhone 13 Pro Max this entire time as well as an additional “protection plan” that the Verizon rep told me he took off the bill as well.

I want a refund/ credit for their mixup, but don’t have a receipt that my old iPhone was turned in.


What should I do?
