Sent my old device on 7/14, was received by Returns Center on 7/22, and as of today 9/1 it has still not been processed. Made numerous support requests and talked to numerous agents since then and the status of my trade-in has still not advanced. And I am still paying full-price for my new device, which is a violation of the trade-in agreement. Why isn’t Verizon appraising my old device and giving me the credit they promised me?
