***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Trade in Status Issue

The UPS status for my trade in shows received by the dock at the Return Center 09/26/2022 8:07 A.M. The Verizon status page only shows shipped and on its way.  Just over 3 weeks now since it was received, is it expected to take this long to show in the system it has been received by Verizon?

We're sorry to hear there is no update for your trade-in device yet, terryv941. Once your device is received by the warehouse, it can take up to 10 business days for your trade-in status to change. What is the status of your trade-in when you check here, http://spr.ly/6602Mm6Wy? -Danielle
