My trade in request was processed, but I have not received a credit on my bill, and am unable to determine when this will be applied. When using the live chat automatic responses, the amount displayed is different than the account on the trade in status screen. Also, the live agent states that Verizon has not received my device. I just want to know when and how my credit will be applied. I have attempted to live chat with representatives twice in the last two days to get this issue resolved, but they continue to go silent after minimal interaction.
You're not going to get it. Verizon basically stole my trade in and I was just told today there is nothing that can be done. I have proof it was delivered via the tracking number, and they admit it was delivered, but now say they can't find it.
No customer service, only solution was a $50 credit when they owe me $700.
