I am currently on my mom's family share account. I need to transfer my line to someone else's account. I went to a Verizon store and they told me they can't do it in-store anymore. They were not helpful when I asked what to do whatsoever. I am greatly confused and just want to know how to transfer my line.
you need to have your mom call customer care and authorize an assumption of liability to release the line to the other person. then the other person would need to call customer care and tell them that they want to take the line over.
