Hi Ive tried to get my transfer pin over 15 times this is crazy you guys make everything so difficult reason I won’t be move services. I’ve tried both ways.

SO frustrated! Been trying to get a transfer pin for HOURS! Have tried online, in the app, via phone. All dead ends, sending people in circles. WHY do you put customers through he** just for wanting to leave your overpriced service?
Good luck. Took me over 1/2 hour to get that pin. But watch out it’s time locked. You have only few days down to the exact hour minute second to switch. If ya miss it then good luck - you have to start over. Don’t be fooled by these “we are here to help” messages. You will get about a half dozen different techs messaging and they haven’t a clue to your issue so you start all over.
