Trouble blocking numbers..?

I am recieving this error message every time I try to block a number:
We were unable to complete your requested change at this time. Please try again later.
I'm underneath the account holder's account in order to do this, but only on my line. I also attempted under my line's account & got the same error message. I've just been putting in the phone number (ten digits, no spaces)
Am I doing something wrong? /:
