Hey Verizon, one of your truck drivers just backed into my new truck five times! FIVE! After half an hour on the phone with your customer service, they pointed me here. You need better drivers and a better way to contact you about this. Please call me.

Was the truck a Verizon Fios truck or a Verizon Wireless truck?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Is just said Verizon. Not wireless or Fios. I have the drivers name, contact info, and truck info.

This is a peer to peer forum for wireless services, whoever directed you here gave bad advice. As someone else mentioned, you should take this up with local law enforcement.

I'm guessing since I don't have Verizon landline services in my area, but I suspect that truck was more likely to have been associated with the Verizon landline business which is Verizon Fios or Verizon Residential.
