Trying to change my phone number. screen says to choose area code from drop down menu but it is blank and won't let me go further

I am trying to change my phone number. Screen says to choose area code & prefix from drop down menu.  Drop down is blank.  Will not let me go further

Are you trying to do it from the browser on your phone, or from a computer?

Sometimes things don't work online as they should, so you may want to call and have them make the change over the phone. I had a similar problem that prevented me from changing data plans. By calling it got done finally.
