I've been trying to get in contact with CS in regards to my account/service. I made a payment today-in full- which according to the recording and kiosk in the store was posted to my account today. But I'm without service and can't get in contact with anyone. The CS number just reroutes me to Financial Services where no one is available.
I'm having second thoughts with continuing with this carrier.
just a guess, but they will likely make sure the payment clears your bank before restoring service. am i wrong to assume your service was shut off due to a delinquent payment?
Usually the payment of at least the past due will reconnect the service, however if it has not, FS is closed until Monday at 6am EST, their direct number is 1-800-528-7594, there's no way to correct this but to wait. Sorry about that! I don't like it either. As for the payment clearing, if it is not cleared by the bank you will acquire an NSF fee and the payment would be reversed.
I'm not sure if financial services is open on Sunday. You'll probably have to contact them on Monday during business hours.

Yes, I have my receipt from the Kiok and the past due balance is 0.00 and my current balance for the next payperiod. and here on MyVerizon it says "Paid in Full!".
