Trying to unlock my 3 older verizon phones

I have an LG Ally

A Samsung Realty

and a Motorola Razor.

All were used on Verizon. I want to use them on the Straight talk BYOP plan but ST says they are locked.

I cannot for the life of me get anyone to answer the phone at Verizon to see if these can be unlocked.

Does anyone have a phone number that Verizon will answer on ?
