I ordered two new ones. They came in one box with one return label. I packaged and returned as required. Verizon is claiming I only returned one phone. I've provided the tracking number, shown the package was received by Verizon on January 6, 2022 in Forth Worth. I have been on hold, transferred but no one cares to help. This is a consumer protection issue if Verizon policy requires the phones be returned in the box the new phones arrived in using the label provided and then Verizon misrepresents what was included in the box it received. I want my promotional credit back.
