Ordered phones on Saturday 10/15. UPS has said since Saturday that the label has been created and the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. Verizon promised 2 days shipping arrival by Wed at 8 pm 10/19. No updates and becoming very concerned as Verizon is not the most reliable and UPS stated that it has been a few days since verizon created the label and would like to know when they will provide the package to them as they do not know what the hold up is.
