Got my bill for the month and its $15 over previous months because of an unbilled data charge. I've never gone over my 250MB limit so how is it possible to be charged for unbilled data and how do I see when that was from?

it could be roaming .if you were roaming on another network that network sometimes takes several weeks to report that usage to Verizon.
