Set-up a Verizon account 3 months ago with a workplace discount of 22%. Have text messages with Verizon that says the discount will be applied but could take up to 2 months for it to reflect on the bill. Now after 3 months Verizon is refusing to apply the discount.
We never want you to feel this way and we are so very sorry for any inconvenience. Were you given a reason by the discount won't be applied?
Not all plans are eligible for a discount. What plan do you have? If you are receiving another discount, Verizon does not stack discounts. You are only allowed one discount.
