I have switched my number to verizon from sprint with a device that I own and is not on lease. Sprint has given me a very hard time unlocking to device. I have been told twice now that the device is eligable to be unlocked and has been successfully unlocked, however I am still getting SIM not supported message on my iphone with my verizon sim card inserted. And sprint has now went from the 24 hour to 24-48 hours and now 24-72 hours it may take to work. Can verizon do anything to help since my phone is registered with them now.
