I want to upgrade my phone as well as transfer my line from one account to another account. Can I upgrade and then transfer without the account I’m currently on being affected as far as charges and whatnot?
Upgrading your phone and then transfering your line to another account is not a problem at all! After processing your upgrade, an assumption of liability can be completed to transfer your line of service. An assumption of liability is essentially the process of transferring an account's financial liability from an existing account to another one.
