Hi,
We are a business client for Verizon and we extremely upset with their service as well as their customer service who are rude and have horrible work attitude. We are a customer who has over 30 lines and looking to double our lines up within next year and Verizon is refusing to get reasonable pricing for a customer our size but giving us the same price per line as to a regular individual customer who has solo line assigned with Verizon. Verizon competitors are offering better deals for their business customers, and Verizon business customer service hang up and after I called them 2nd time they offered to raise our monthly payments, not to lower them. So disappointing, definitely had a better opinion about them. Most importantly as much as we would like to keep on doing business with them, they themselves are forcing our hand to leave them.

agexpedited, your business is very appreciated as we would never want to see you leave us. Help is here. Please accept my apology for any rude treatment you endured when dealing with your customer service department. As a business, I know how important it is to get the most in savings. We do have business accounts that are discounted due to the number of lines you have. Do you remember if your account as set up initially as a business account or was it set up as a personal account?

I do not recall how was the account setup, but I do know that currently it is named as business account. We added another 5 lines recently so now we have total of 35 lines. We tried reaching out to customer service again but did not get any help with discounts.

Hello,
Well thanks to Verizon for having their Verizon Business Account Manager reaching out to me. As our business is planning to have over 70 lines in next year and asked Verizon for special pricing and getting something worked out due to mistreating us, the Verizon Business Account Manager suggested to lower our bill by lowering our data usage. WOW!!! Amazing! We were waiting for this conference call for 3 weeks, for the person from Verizon who will actually help us out. You definitely lowered our expectations and pushed us further into looking for other providers. All I can say is please read the main subject line of this post.

Were you expecting special treatment or something? Do you honestly believe the person on the other end of the phone has the capability to just randomly tailor a plan with custom rates?
Prices can not be changed from what corporate sets no matter how much you will them. If your account has a certain plan, you pay those rates or choose a cheaper plan. Not excusing those reps, but there is entitlement here.
There is a saying of getting what you pay for and that is why I ditched Sprint and T-Mobile because of their atrocious networks.

I am not expecting special treatment but I am expecting special pricing. You are telling me that any person who walks in through the Verizon store door gets same pricing as lets say the business client who has 100 lines with Verizon. Is this normal? Absolutely not. And considering that other providers are offering 50-60% lower bill for the same exact services what we are getting from Verizon, than it is clearly something to consider and walk away from Verizon.
