We have been customers of Verizon since it was Unicel some 15+yrs ago. We are at this point totally discussed with VERIZON and have been looking to change our service. We pay our bill on time 10 months out of the year every year year after year. Our business is slow in the winter so we have to spread the payment out over two some times three months. BUT!!!!! Do you think VERIZON can help by NOT charging the $15/line rehook fee if the payment is over there criteria.Or having a service that helps seasonal services. NO!!!!!!!!!!!! It's all about the money NOT the customer. We just wanted others to know what Verizon doesn't know or care about. Thanks for your time.

Do you mean disgusted and not discussed?
Did you ever consider calling the Financial Services department of the Verizon Wireless Customer Support to make payments arrangements for the months you have difficulty.?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I get where you are coming from, it is silly that they charge reconnect fees when your service is disconnected and late fees when you are late.........

As a customer of ours for over 15 years, we certainly appreciate your many years of loyalty to us bjandwanda and we don't want to lose you. I understand your concerns regarding the $15.00 restock fee per line. This fee is billed when service is interrupted due to non-payment. The good news is you have the ability to prevent them by setting up a payment arrangement with our Financial Services Department. By setting up a payment arrangment and fulfilling the arrangement it may avoid service interruption and a restock fee per line. If you ever need to set up a payment arrangement, you may reach Financial Services at 1866-266-1445.
Thank You,
