I have a new Droid X. When I plug it into my computer I get a Vcast software advertisement. How do I get rid of this? (I can't even use the bloody software since they don't have a 64-bit version.)
You don't. Verizon puts a ton of software on their phones that you can't remove, and I'm sure this is part of it. Being able to use what they include isn't part of the requirement for them to make money off it.
