The issue here is that I was told I could use this offer to upgrade two of my existing lines that are already smartphones to iphone 6 with $200 off each phone. I do not want to add a new line. The offer said it was eligible for up to 2 devices.
Your response is saying I need to add a new line of service. Since I was told twice before I went to the store I could use this on my two upgrades and then Friday night after so many no's and then Gwen from sales saying she would do whatever it takes to make this work I feel Verizon is letting me and so many other customers down.

Yes I have and it doesn't work. It will take the coupon code but does not take $200 off each phone. It is only working for customers that are upgrading a non smart phone or adding a new line. So for me, yes it is a bait and switch since the fine print I have does not say you have to do either.
Glad it worked for you but I am frustrated.
