Verizon Canceled Order

  • I just had a similar event happen I ordered the iPhone max pro 1tb and did the trade In on May 30th then followed their shipping and it said it shipped on June 7th second day mail. Got ahold of support several times regarding not receiving my phone and accessories just to be told that it was in the mail I got my return box on the 21 and then tracking updated that I had received my package. I contacted customer service again and they told me my order was canceled on the 9th without permission I had just paid 1k and paid off 2 phones plus current bill before ordering. Verizion cheated out of the promotion then wanted me to pla e a new order. NOT HAPPENING!!!!! I will walk in to the store if I keep them as my carrier.

Update wife called and talked to live person and got it figured out I would reccomend calling Verizon and not using chat due to the run around.

I was not given a reason as to why it happened and I talked to several CS reps all assuring me that everything was in the process then today I got informed the order was canceled  without reason  I thought I missed something during the process.
