I bought 3 new phones recently. Preordered iphone 13s. Did this because of the trade in promotion. Even urged family and friends to take advantage of the deal. Verizon somehow canceled the deal yesterday which is the last day of the promotion. I can't believe Verizon has canceled my order. I have been on the phone for over 4 hours today with them. 1st time was for 1 hour and 45 minutes just to get hung up on. I have been transferred to the main queue 2 more times. I have always appreciated the customer service. I can't believe this is what it has came to. Verizon has now told me I am out of luck on the promotion. Going to look into swapping carriers if I do not get the same deal.
