As most of us know, Verizon has the absolute worst customer service. Customer service representatives at Verizon are poorly trained, provide conflicting information, and can be rude and discourteous.

If you have an issue that you cannot get resolved through Customer Service you can elevate it to the EXECUTIVE RELATIONS TEAM.
