I sent a letter concerning my account over a month ago and I sent it to the

PO Box and have heard nothing in response to my issues. Since there is no

longer email addresses to reach your company you have to rely on snail mail

to do so. That fact I find funny considering your are a communications

company. Please respond to my letter ASAP.
